    1 c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    ⅓ c. Chambord black raspberry liqueur
    2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
    2 c. Hy-Vee We All Scream! vanilla ice cream, divided
    Hy-Vee granola, desired flavor, for serving

    Directions

    1. Combine frozen cherries, sugar, Chambord, and lime juice in a medium saucepan. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat and cool. Serve over 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream. If desired, garnish with granola.
