    ½ c. chopped Hy-Vee dried cherries
    1 tbsp. brandy
    1 (14 oz) pkg pumpkin quick bread
    1 c. water
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    2 Hy-Vee eggs

    Directions

    1. Combine cherries and brandy. Set aside for 1 to 2 hours.
    2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Stir together cherries and remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 9-by-5-inch loaf pan.
    3. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
