Directions
Place sweetened condensed milk in another large bowl; stir in lime juice, and sugar. Fold whipped cream into sweetened condensed milk mixture. Swirl in cherries, cherry preserves, and lime zest.
Spread mixture in a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Cover and freeze for 8 hours, or until firm. To serve, let stand at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes. Scoop ice cream into dishes. Garnish with additional lime zest, if desired.
