|2 c. fresh dark-sweet cherries, pitted and halved|
|2 c. Hy-Vee heavy whipping cream|
|2 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract|
|1 (14-oz.) can Hy-Vee sweetened condensed milk|
|3 tbsp. fresh lime juice|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar|
|½ c. Hy-Vee cherry preserves|
|3 tbsp. lime zest, plus additional for garnish|

Place sweetened condensed milk in another large bowl; stir in lime juice, and sugar. Fold whipped cream into sweetened condensed milk mixture. Swirl in cherries, cherry preserves, and lime zest.
Spread mixture in a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Cover and freeze for 8 hours, or until firm. To serve, let stand at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes. Scoop ice cream into dishes. Garnish with additional lime zest, if desired.
