    8 oz. fresh cherries, stemmed and pitted
    1 c. water
    ¾ c. fresh lemon juice
    ½ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    2 (12-oz. each) bottles ginger kombucha, chilled
    Lemon slices, for garnish
    Fresh sweet cherries, for garnish

    Things To Grab

    • Food processor or blender
    • Fine-mesh strainer
    • 2-quart pitcher

    Directions

    1. Place pitted cherries, water, lemon juice, and sugar in a food processor. Cover and process until pureed. Strain mixture into a 2-quart pitcher. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

    2. Just before serving, add kombucha to pitcher; gently stir. Serve immediately in ice-filled glasses. Garnish with lemon slices and cherries, if desired.
