    1 sleeve(s) (11 crackers) Hy-Vee low-fat graham crackers, crushed
    6 tbsp. light margarine, melted
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    2 (0.44 oz each) packages Hy-Vee sugar-free cranberry gelatin
    2 (1.4 oz each) packages sugar-free/fat-free cook-and-serve vanilla pudding
    5 c. cold water
    2 (16 oz each) packages frozen Hy-Vee cherry berry blend
    1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee fat-free whipped topping, thawed

    Directions

    1. In a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish, combine graham crackers, margarine and sugar.
    2. Press into pan bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
    3. In a large saucepan, stir together gelatin, pudding mix and water.
    4. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring continuously. Remove pan from heat and allow to cool 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
    5. Combine gelatin mixture and frozen fruit. Pour over graham cracker crust.
    6. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Top with whipped topping.
    7. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
