1 sleeve(s) (11 crackers) Hy-Vee low-fat graham crackers, crushed | ||
6 tbsp. light margarine, melted | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
2 (0.44 oz each) packages Hy-Vee sugar-free cranberry gelatin | ||
2 (1.4 oz each) packages sugar-free/fat-free cook-and-serve vanilla pudding | ||
5 c. cold water | ||
2 (16 oz each) packages frozen Hy-Vee cherry berry blend | ||
1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee fat-free whipped topping, thawed |
Directions
- In a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish, combine graham crackers, margarine and sugar.
- Press into pan bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
- In a large saucepan, stir together gelatin, pudding mix and water.
- Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring continuously. Remove pan from heat and allow to cool 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Combine gelatin mixture and frozen fruit. Pour over graham cracker crust.
- Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Top with whipped topping.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
