Directions
Combine cherries, strawberries, and blueberries in baking dish; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon coconut sugar. Pour apple juice over fruit mixture and set aside.
Combine all-purpose flour, wheat flour, ½ cup coconut sugar, oats, and plant butter in a medium bowl. Cut in butter using pastry cutter or hands until mixture resembles sand. Gently stir in walnuts.
Sprinkle crumb topping evenly over fruit mixture. Bake in oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until crumble is golden brown and fruit is bubbling around edges.
