    2 c. fresh cherries, pitted with stems removed
    1 c. fresh strawberries, quartered
    1 c. fresh blueberries
    1 tbsp. Full Circle coconut sugar
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee 100% apple juice
    Topping
    ⅔ c. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour
    ⅔ c. Hy-Vee whole-wheat flour
    ½ c. Full Circle coconut sugar
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee quick oats
    ⅓ c. Country Crock plant-based butter, diced
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee English walnuts, chopped

    • 2-quart baking dish

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Combine cherries, strawberries, and blueberries in baking dish; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon coconut sugar. Pour apple juice over fruit mixture and set aside.

    3. Combine all-purpose flour, wheat flour, ½ cup coconut sugar, oats, and plant butter in a medium bowl. Cut in butter using pastry cutter or hands until mixture resembles sand. Gently stir in walnuts. 

    4. Sprinkle crumb topping evenly over fruit mixture. Bake in oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until crumble is golden brown and fruit is bubbling around edges.
