You don't even need a mixing bowl for this cake. Everything goes straight into the pan. Easy as cake.

|1 (21 oz) can Hy-Vee cherry pie filling|
|1 (20 oz) can Hy-Vee crushed pineapple, undrained|
|1 (18.25 oz) pkg Hy-Vee yellow cake mix|
|1 c. Hy-Vee butter, melted|
|1 c. Hy-Vee shredded coconut|
|1 c. Hy-Vee pecan pieces|
|Hy-Vee whipped topping, thawed, for serving|

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread cherry pie filling in the bottom of a greased 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Spread crushed pineapple on top of cherry pie filling. Sprinkle with cake mix. Drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans. Do NOT mix.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Cool completely and serve with whipped topping, if desired.
