Make Gold-Fried Onion Rings: In a deep fryer or large heavy saucepan suitable for deep-frying, heat oil to 350 degrees. Follow instructions for quantity of oil for deep fryer. For heavy saucepan, allow at least 2 inches of oil. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In another bowl, combine flour, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Working in batches, toss onion rings into the flour mixture, coating evenly, then add to the egg mixture and again to the flour mixture. Repeat with remaining onion rings. Fry for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon, setting on paper towels to drain.

Directions
Make Burgers: Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat. Shape beef into four patties, 8-ounces each. Season with steak seasoning.
- Grill patties on a well-greased rack for 12 to 14 minutes or until internal temperature of patties reaches 160 degrees, turning once halfway through. Spread cut sides of buns with butter. During the last 2 minutes of grilling, top patties with blue cheese and place buns, butter-sides down, directly over heat to toast. Remove from grill; let patties rest for 5 minutes.
- To serve, spread bacon marmalade on bun bottoms; layer with pickle slices, patties and Gold-Fried Onion Rings. Spread bun tops with mustard; top with lettuce and place on top of burgers. If desired, serve with ketchup and potato chips.
