    ¼ c. Hy-Vee margarine
    2 (16 oz each) pkg frozen Hy-Vee winter mix vegetables
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee flour
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee garlic salt
    2 c. Hy-Vee shredded Colby jack cheese
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee skim milk

    Directions

    1. In a large saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat.
    2. Add vegetables, flour and garlic salt. Mix well.
    3. Reduce heat to low. Add cheese and milk. Stirring frequently, simmer 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
