    2 c.shredded lettuce
    2 c.Hy-Vee shredded cheddar-jack cheese
    ½ c.Roma tomato, chopped
    ½ c.Hy-Vee black olives, sliced
    ¼ c.green onion, sliced
    Hy-Vee tortilla chips, for serving

    Directions

    1. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, chili powder, cumin and red pepper until blended. Stir in salsa.

    2. Spread onto a 10-inch serving platter. Layer lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, olives and green onions on top.

    3. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
