2 tbsp. diced green onion | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
Hy-Vee salt and black pepper, to taste | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee 2% milk shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions
- In a skillet, sauté bell pepper in butter.
- In large mixing bowl, beat eggs, green onion, milk, salt and pepper; add to skillet.
- Cook over medium heat until eggs are almost set, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook until eggs are completely set and cheese is melted.
