Cheesy Scrambled Eggs
Servings and Ingredients
|½ c.||chopped bell pepper|
|1 tbsp.||Hy-Vee unsalted butter|
|8||Hy-Vee HealthMarket organic eggs|
|2 tbsp.||diced green onion|
|¼ c.||Hy-Vee skim milk|
|Hy-Vee salt and black pepper, to taste|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee 2% milk shredded cheddar cheese|
- In a skillet, sauté bell pepper in butter.
- In large mixing bowl, beat eggs, green onion, milk, salt and pepper; add to skillet.
- Cook over medium heat until eggs are almost set, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook until eggs are completely set and cheese is melted.
