Cheesy Potato Casserole
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (2 pound) bag frozen Hy-Vee Southern-style hash browns|
|1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cheddar cheese soup|
|½ c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, melted|
|½ c. diced onion|
|¼ c. diced red bell pepper|
|¼ c. diced green bell pepper|
|Hy-Vee salt and black pepper to taste|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, stir hash browns, soup and butter. Stir in onion and bell peppers. Pour into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Bake covered, 30 minutes; remove cover and bake additional 30 to 40 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
