    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee flour
    1 c. Hy-Vee nonfat milk
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    2 c. cooked, shredded pork
    4 Hy-Vee hamburger buns

    Directions

    1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk together flour and milk; add to butter. Cook until mixture starts to thicken, about 3 minutes.
    2. Remove from heat; stir in cheese, salt and pepper. Continue stirring until cheese is melted. Stir in pork.
    3. Serve pork on hamburger buns.
