Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, potatoes and cheese. Spoon into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
Bake for 50 minutes or until heated through.

Optional Crunchy Topping: Combine 1/3 cup melted butter and 2 cups crushed corn flakes. Spread over potato mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
