    1 (20-oz.) loaf Hy-Vee Baking Stone Italian bread
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee salted butter, melted
    4 oz. garlic and herb cream cheese, softened
    4 oz. Hy-Vee shredded Swiss cheese
    4 oz. Hy-Vee shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    10 slice(s) Hy-Vee bacon, crisp-cooked and chopped
    Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut bread into 1-inch diamonds, cutting from top to 1-inch of bottom. Combine melted butter and garlic and herb cream cheese; spread in cut sections of bread. Fill with Swiss and Cheddar cheeses and chopped crisp-cooked bacon. 

    2. Wrap bread in heavy foil; place on baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes. Unwrap; bake 5 minutes more. Let stand 5 minutes before garnishing with chopped cilantro. Serve warm.
