    2 (8 oz each) pkg cream cheese, softened
    ½ c. plus 1 tbsp sugar
    1 egg
    3 tbsp. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and egg together until smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake 30 minutes.
    3. Cool for 10 minutes.
    4. Beat together sour cream, 1 tablespoon sugar and vanilla. Pour on top of cheesecake.
    5. Bake another 10 minutes. Refrigerate until cool.
