    1 (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee vanilla Greek yogurt
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    3 tbsp. seedless raspberry jam
    ⅓ c. fresh raspberries, halved
    2 Hy-Vee honey graham crackers, broken into pieces

    • Parchment paper
    • Electric mixer
    • Large bowl

    Directions

    1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Continue beating until creamy. 

    2. Spread mixture on prepared baking sheet about 1/4-inch-thick. Drop teaspoons of melted seedless raspberry jam on top and swirl with a toothpick. Top with fresh raspberries and graham cracker pieces. 

    3. Freeze 1 hour or until hard. Break into pieces. Serve immediately or store in freezer.
