|1 (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee 1/3-less-fat cream cheese|
|1 ½ c. Hy-Vee vanilla Greek yogurt|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract|
|3 tbsp. seedless raspberry jam|
|⅓ c. fresh raspberries, halved|
|2 Hy-Vee honey graham crackers, broken into pieces|

Spread mixture on prepared baking sheet about 1/4-inch-thick. Drop teaspoons of melted seedless raspberry jam on top and swirl with a toothpick. Top with fresh raspberries and graham cracker pieces.
Freeze 1 hour or until hard. Break into pieces. Serve immediately or store in freezer.
