Cheeseburger Roll-Ups

1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese | ||
1 (8 oz) can Hy-Vee crescent roll dough | ||
Optional toppings: Hy-Vee mustard, Hy-Vee ketchup and Hy-Vee relish |

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- In a medium skillet, cook ground beef. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese.
- Unroll dough and separate into 4 rectangles. Place 2 rectangles on top of each other and roll into a 6-by-8-inch rectangle. Spread 1/2 of meat mixture on top of each rectangle, leaving 1-inch border along one short edge. Roll up, starting on short edge with meat, and crimp edge to hold in place. With a serrated knife, cut each roll into 4 pieces. Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until light golden brown. Top with mustard, ketchup and relish, if desired.
