⅓ c. chopped onion | ||
⅓ c. dry bread crumbs | ||
1 c. evaporated milk | ||
1 egg | ||
1 (1.5 oz) pkg beef stroganoff sauce mix | ||
2 tbsp. ketchup | ||
¼ tsp. paprika | ||
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell | ||
3 slice(s) American cheese |
Directions
- Brown ground beef and onion in medium skill. Drain. Stir in bread crumbs.
- In separate bowl, combine milk, egg, stroganoff mix, ketchup and paprika. Add to meat mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Spoon mixture into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cut cheese slices to form 6 triangles. Place on meat filling. Return to oven and bake 2 additional minutes or until cheese melts.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
