Servings and Ingredients
|1 lbs. lean ground beef|
|1 (10.5 oz) can Hy-Vee Healthy Recipe cream of mushroom soup|
|1 c. Hy-Vee shredded 2% Cheddar cheese|
|3 c. Hy-Vee crinkle-cut fries (about 12 ounces)|
|Hy-Vee ketchup, Hy-Vee mustard and Hy-Vee sandwich pickles, for serving|
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain and return to the pan.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup. Transfer to greased 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with fries.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Broil 5 minutes or until fries are golden brown.
- Serve with ketchup, mustard and pickles, if desired.
