    1 lbs. lean ground beef
    ¼ c. finely chopped onion
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee ketchup
    8 oz. Velveeta made with 2% milk, cubed
    1 tbsp. water or Hy-Vee skim milk, optional
    1 ½ c. uncooked medium shells, cooked according to package directions

    Directions

    1. Heat a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground beef and onion, stirring often, until ground beef is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in ketchup.
    2. Reduce heat to low. Stir in shredded Velveeta and milk. Cook and stir until cheese is melted. Stir in cooked shells. Serve immediately.
