1 tbsp. Hy-Vee ketchup | ||
8 oz. Velveeta made with 2% milk, cubed | ||
1 tbsp. water or Hy-Vee skim milk, optional | ||
1 ½ c. uncooked medium shells, cooked according to package directions |
Directions
- Heat a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground beef and onion, stirring often, until ground beef is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in ketchup.
- Reduce heat to low. Stir in shredded Velveeta and milk. Cook and stir until cheese is melted. Stir in cooked shells. Serve immediately.
