    1 (24-oz.) loaf Hy-Vee Bakery San Francisco sourdough bread
    1 lbs. 93% lean ground beef
    1 (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee cream cheese
    1 (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 (1-oz.) slices Hy-Vee American singles cheese
    Corn chips, for dipping
    Desired Toppings
    Pickles
    Hy-Vee bacon, cooked, crumbled
    Tomato, seeded and chopped
    Fresh lettuce, chopped
    Hy-Vee yellow mustard
    Hy-Vee tomato ketchup

    Directions

    1. Cut off bread top. Hollow out loaf, leaving a thick bread shell.

    2. Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until brown; drain fat. Stir in cream cheese and Cheddar cheese; cook over low heat until melted.

    3. Spoon mixture into bread shell. Top with cheese slices and desired toppings. Serve with chips.
