Description
The special salty bite from baked cheese crisps complements briny olives.

2 oz. Parmigiano Reggiano, Asiago or Grana Padano cheese, thinly sliced |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- For each cheese crisp, place a cheese slice on prepared pan.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until golden. Cool on a wire rack. Cheese will become crisp while cooling.
