8 (8-inch each) Hy-Vee flour tortillas | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee shredded mild cheddar cheese | ||
Green onions, chopped, optional | ||
Hy-Vee sour cream, optional |

- Aluminum foil
Directions
Brown ground beef with green pepper, garlic and onion until meat is browned and onion is tender. Set aside.
Pour half the tomato sauce into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with oregano. Set aside.
Spoon 1/4 cup beef mixture onto each tortilla. Top beef mixture with about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese. Tightly roll each tortilla and place seam-side-down in sauce. Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onion and sour cream if desired.
