Cheddar-Beer Fondue Dip

Directions
- In a medium saucepan, heat beer over medium heat just until boiling; stir in garlic, mustard and hot pepper sauce.
- In a bowl, toss cheese with cornstarch. Slowly add to beer mixture, stirring. Continue stirring until mixture is smooth and thick, about 4 to 6 minutes total.
- Serve with bread cubes and apple slices.
