Description

The only thing better than charred sweet corn, is topping it with some of our favorite infused butters: Herb, Chili-Lime, or Honey-Spice butter.

2 tbsp.Gustare Vita olive oil
½ c.Hy-Vee unsalted butter, softened
2 clove(s)garlic, minced
1 tbsp.fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp.fresh thyme, chopped
1 tbsp.fresh parsley, plus additional for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat. Brush corn with oil. Grill 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly charred, turning often. 

  2. Combine butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and parsley in a small bowl. Serve charred corn with 1 tablespoon Herb Butter and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
