Coarsely ground Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat a 10-in. cast iron skillet over high heat.

  2. Toss together Broccolini, olive oil and 1/2 tsp. salt in a large bowl until coated. Arrange Broccolini, in a single layer, in skillet.

  3. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender and slightly charred, turning frequently. Season to taste with crushed red pepper, black pepper and additional salt. Drizzle with lemon juice.
