    2 c. water
    2 spiced Chai-flavored tea bags
    3 c. baby carrots
    Rind of 1/2 orange
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee butter

    Directions

    1. Bring water to boiling in a medium saucepan.
    2. Add tea bags and steep 4 minutes. Remove tea bags.
    3. Add carrots to the tea and cook until tender. Drain carrots and set aside.
    4. In the same pot, combine orange rind, honey and butter. Cook over low heat until butter melts.
    5. Stir in carrots and remove orange rind. Serve.
