    Servings and Ingredients

    Ingredients
    Serves 5
    QuantityIngredientAdd
10 chicken wings (about 2 1/2 pounds total)
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee chili powder
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt
½ c. Hy-Vee Hickory House Cayenne Clucker wing sauce, divided

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil; place a wire rack on top of foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
    2. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Place the wings in a large resealable bag. Combine flour, chili powder, garlic powder and salt; add to wings and toss to coat. Arrange wings, skin-sides up, in a single layer on baking sheet rack.
    3. Bake for 30 minutes. Brush with half the wing sauce. Continue baking for 5 to 10 minutes more or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees.
    4. Transfer chicken to a serving platter and top with remaining wing sauce.
