¾ c. chopped celery | ||
¼ c. chopped onion | ||
½ c. fat-free mayonnaise | ||
¼ c. fat-free ranch dressing | ||
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes | ||
Sugar substitute equal to 2 teaspoons sugar |
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, peas, celery, and onion.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ranch dressing, parsley flakes, and sugar substitute.
- Add dressing mixture to vegetable mixture. Mix gently to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
