    ½ c. chopped shallots
    ¼ c. bottled minced garlic
    2 tbsp. lemon zest
    6 c. fresh green beans, trimmed
    1 tbsp. Big Moe Cason beef rub
    1 lemon, cut into 8 wedges, divided
    2 tbsp. Big Moe Cason chicken rub

    • 12-in. cast-iron skillet

    Directions

    1. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium-low heat (325 degrees).

    2. Place a 12-in. cast iron skillet on grill grate over medium-low heat. Add butter; stir until melted. Stir in shallots, garlic and lemon zest. Add green beans; cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring frequently.

    3. Stir in beef rub. Squeeze 2 lemon wedges over beans; sprinkle with chicken rub. Serve with remaining lemon wedges.
