|¼ c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter|
|½ c. chopped shallots|
|¼ c. bottled minced garlic|
|2 tbsp. lemon zest|
|6 c. fresh green beans, trimmed|
|1 tbsp. Big Moe Cason beef rub|
|1 lemon, cut into 8 wedges, divided|
|2 tbsp. Big Moe Cason chicken rub|

- 12-in. cast-iron skillet
Place a 12-in. cast iron skillet on grill grate over medium-low heat. Add butter; stir until melted. Stir in shallots, garlic and lemon zest. Add green beans; cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring frequently.
Stir in beef rub. Squeeze 2 lemon wedges over beans; sprinkle with chicken rub. Serve with remaining lemon wedges.
