1 c. sunflower oil | ||
⅓ c. cider vinegar | ||
1 tsp. mustard | ||
1 tsp. grated onion | ||
1 tsp. poppy seeds | ||
1 tsp. salt | ||
1 head(s) lettuce, chopped | ||
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese | ||
1 c. cashews |
Directions
- Shake sugar, sunflower oil and cider vinegar together. Make sure the sugar is dissolved.
- Add mustard, onion, poppy seeds and salt.
- Place dressing in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- At serving time, mix lettuce, Swiss cheese and cashews. Pour salad over just before serving.
- Store leftover salad in refrigerator.
