    ¾ c.sugar
    1 c.sunflower oil
    c.cider vinegar
    1 tsp.mustard
    1 tsp.grated onion
    1 tsp.poppy seeds
    1 tsp.salt
    1 head(s)lettuce, chopped
    1 c.shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c.cashews

    Directions

    1. Shake sugar, sunflower oil and cider vinegar together. Make sure the sugar is dissolved.
    2. Add mustard, onion, poppy seeds and salt.
    3. Place dressing in refrigerator until ready to serve.
    4. At serving time, mix lettuce, Swiss cheese and cashews. Pour salad over just before serving.
    5. Store leftover salad in refrigerator.
