    ½ c. KC Masterpiece Caribbean Jerk marinade
    ¼ c. chopped onion
    1 clove(s) garlic, minced
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    1 (24 oz) Hormel original-flavor pork tenderloin
    6 baked sweet potatoes
    3 c. Hy-Vee applesauce

    Directions

    1. Combine marinade, onion, garlic, honey, pepper and pork in a plastic resealable bag. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
    2. Remove tenderloin from marinade; discard marinade. Cook according to package directions.
    3. Serve with baked sweet potatoes and applesauce.
