    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 c. Karo syrup
    salt
    1 can(s) Eagle Brand condensed milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts

    Directions

    1. Combine sugars, butter, syrup and salt. Cook on medium heat until soft-ball stage, stirring contantly with wooden spoon.
    2. Add condensed milk slowly; cook to firm soft-ball stage.
    3. Remove from heat; add vanilla and nuts; pour into 8-inch-square pan. Cut into squares; wrap in waxed paper.
