1 lbs. Hy-Vee Short Cuts sliced Brussels sprouts
½ medium red onion, sliced and cut into pieces
3 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil
2 clove(s) garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. Hy-Vee kosher sea salt
½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper
¼ c. Hy-Vee chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine Brussels sprouts, red onion, olive oil, garlic, brown sugar, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Toss to coat.

  2. Spread onto a large rimmed baking pan. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring occasionally. During the last 4 to 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle with pecans.
