Caramel S'more Brownies
Servings and Ingredients
|1 ½ c.||crushed graham cracker crumbs|
|6 tbsp.||Hy-Vee unsalted butter, melted|
|3 tbsp.||Hy-Vee sugar|
|1||(18.4 oz) box Pillsbury classic brownie mix, plus ingredients listed on package|
|1 ½ c.||Hy-Vee miniature marshmallows|
|Caramel sauce, as needed|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease bottom of 9-by-13-inch baking pan; set aside.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar and salt; press into bottom of prepared pan. Bake until golden, about 8 minutes; cool completely.
- Meanwhile, prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Spread over baked graham cracker layer and bake according to brownie mix directions; cool completely.
- Top baked brownies with marshmallows; broil until golden, about 1 minute; cool. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
