Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Combine brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Let mixture come to a boil, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.

|1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda|
|8 c. popped popcorn, discarding any unpopped kernels|

- 2 large baking pans
Stir vanilla and baking soda into mixture. Pour immediately over the popped corn. Mix to coat evenly.
Pour popcorn into two large baking pans (8-1/2x11-inch or larger) and place in oven for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. When cool, store in a covered container.
