    2 tbsp.lemon juice
    3 c.chopped apples
    c.flour
    10caramels, each cut into 4 pieces
    c.caramel ice cream topping
    19-inch unbaked pie crust
    ½ c.chopped pecans

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Toss together lemon juice and apples. Stir in flour, caramels and ice cream topping.
    3. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Top with pecans.
    4. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
