24cherry tomatoes, quartered if desired
1(2.25 oz) can sliced black olives, drained
1 lbs.fresh buffalo mozzarella, diced
½ c.chopped/torn fresh basil
¼ c.olive oil
2 tbsp.balsamic vinegar
salt and coarse black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, olives, mozzarella and basil. Toss with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Serve in mini martini glasses, with spoons or appetizer forks.
