    1 medium cantaloupe, seeded and cubed
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar
    2 oz. Genoa salami, sliced thinly
    1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, toss together cantaloupe, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar.
    2. Stir in salami strips.
    3. Top with basil before serving.
