Heat cranberries in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Once cranberries start to pop and break open, about 10 to 15 minutes, stir in 1-1/2 cups Pinot Noir. Reduce heat and continue to simmer until thickened about 15 to 20 minutes.
Make this cranberry sangria, or crangria to spice up your cocktails. You can also use the cranberry-wine reduction to make a topping for holiday desserts or cheese plates.

|1 c. Hy-Vee honey|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract|

|½ ground cloves|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee whole black peppercorns|
|3 sticks cinnamon, or 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon|
|2 medium oranges, juiced|
|Optional Flavorings and Garnishes|
|Ginger beer, for serving|
|Hy-Vee club soda, for serving|
|Fresh herbs, such as rosemary|
|Fresh fruit , such as cranberries, apples, or oranges|
