    2 (8-oz.) pkg. Soirée sliced fresh mozzarella
    8 oz. Campari tomatoes, sliced
    ¼ tsp. kosher salt
    Fresh basil
    Hy-Vee Bakery crostini, for serving

    Directions

    1. Whisk together olive oil and basil paste in a small bowl; set aside. 

    2. Alternately arrange mozzarella and tomatoes in a candy-cane shape on a large cheese board or serving platter. 

    3. Drizzle with half of the basil oil mixture; sprinkle with salt. Garnish with fresh basil; if desired. Serve with remaining basil oil mixture and crostini.
