Candy Bar Pear Salad
Servings and Ingredients
|¾ c. Hy-Vee fat-free vanilla yogurt|
|¼ c. reduced-fat sour cream|
|1 c. red grapes|
|2 pears, cored and cut into bite-size pieces|
|1 (8 oz) can That's Smart crushed pineapple, drained|
|2 (2.1 oz each) Baby Ruth candy bars, chopped|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee flake coconut, toasted|
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together yogurt and sour cream.
- Stir in grapes, pears, pineapple and candy bars.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving. Top with coconut just before serving.
