    3 oz. fully cooked chicken breasts strips
    ⅓ c. shredded lettuce
    ¼ small red pepper, thinly sliced
    ¼ small yellow pepper, thinly sliced

    Directions

    1. Spread guacamole over tortilla. Top with remaining ingredients and roll up
    2. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to eat.
