|1 lbs. Hy-Vee thick-sliced bacon, cut in pieces|
|2 lbs. lean ground beef|
|1 onion, chopped|
|1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee kidney beans|
|1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee red beans|
|1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee pork & beans|
|½ c. Hy-Vee brown sugar|
|½ c. Hy-Vee ketchup|
|1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee vinegar|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee prepared mustard|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground mustard|
- In a large skillet, brown bacon; drain and place in slow cooker.
- In the same skillet, cook ground beef and onion until meat is brown; drain and place in slow cooker.
- Add all other ingredients to slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour. Turn setting to LOW and cook until heated through or until serving time.
