Cajun Shrimp Shells

1 (8 oz) container lite chive and onion-flavored cream cheese | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee tomato paste | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
1 tsp. Emeril's Essense | ||
½ lbs. cooked, peeled and deveined (26-30 ct) shrimp, chopped | ||
2 (2.1 oz each) pkg mini phyllo shells |
Directions
- Whip cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in tomato paste, milk and Emeril's Essense. Fold in shrimp. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet and fill each shell with 1 tablespoon shrimp mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm or at room temperature.
