    1(8 oz) container lite chive and onion-flavored cream cheese
    1 tbsp.Hy-Vee tomato paste
    1 tbsp.Hy-Vee skim milk
    1 tsp.Emeril's Essense
    ½ lbs.cooked, peeled and deveined (26-30 ct) shrimp, chopped
    2(2.1 oz each) pkg mini phyllo shells

    Directions

    1. Whip cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in tomato paste, milk and Emeril's Essense. Fold in shrimp. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
    2. Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet and fill each shell with 1 tablespoon shrimp mixture.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm or at room temperature.
