½medium onion, grated
¼ c.Hy-Vee Select shredded Parmesan cheese
¼ c.fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp.Hy-Vee garlic powder
4Sandwich Thins whole wheat rolls, split
¼ c.Hy-Vee Short Cuts prepared guacamole
1large tomato, sliced
2 c.Hy-Vee shredded romaine lettuce
¼ c.Bolthouse Farms Creamy Caesar yogurt dressing

Directions

  1. Combine ground chicken, onion, Parmesan, parsley, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Form mixture into 4 patties. Refrigerate patties for 10 minutes.

  2. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill with well-greased grill rack for direct cooking over medium heat.

  3. Grill patties for 20 to 25 minutes or until done (165 degrees), turning once halfway through.

  4. To serve, spread roll bottoms with guacamole. Add chicken burgers, tomato slices, lettuce and dressing. Add roll tops.
