    This cocktail has beautiful layers by pouring red wine on top of a mixture of tequila. We like to think of it as a fruity red wine margarita! Hence, Cab-Arita!

    ½ lime, juiced
    1 oz. red wine, such as Cabernet Sauvignon

    • 8-oz. cocktail glass
    • Metal skewer, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Combine tequila, simple syrup, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake until chilled and well combined; pour into an 8-oz. cocktail glass filled with ice. Slowly pour red wine on top. Garnish with skewered lime wedges and sugared red grapes, if desired.
