|1 (17.5-oz) pkg. Hy-Vee sugar cookie mix|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour|
|½ c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, softened|
|1 Hy-Vee large egg|
|1 (11-oz.) pkg. Hershey's kitchens butterscotch chips|

- Wire cooling rack
- Airtight container for storage
In a medium bowl, mix together sugar cookie mix, flour, butter, and egg until soft dough forms. Fold in butterscotch chips.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 7 to 9 minutes, or until edges have lightly browned.
Cool cookies 1 minute on cookie sheet, then remove to wire cooling rack. Cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
